Ten tools, no single truth
Today: admissions, fees, attendance and transport live in separate tools and spreadsheets.
We exist to challenge the status quo. We believe every educational institution should run as one connected campus, where everyone sees what they need, no one sees what they shouldn’t, and reports build themselves from everyday work.
Everyone sees what they need. No one sees what they shouldn’t. And time goes back to education.
Decides with live information, not month-end reports.
Teaches instead of re-entering registers.
Serves students instead of chasing paperwork.
One app, showing only their own data.
Today: admissions, fees, attendance and transport live in separate tools and spreadsheets.
Today: dues tracked in registers; parents call the office to ask what is pending.
Today: absences reach parents late, or not at all.
Today: parents phone the driver; nobody is sure who boarded.
Today: requests wait on someone’s desk; nobody knows who decided what.
Today: NBA, NAAC, NIRF, AICTE and AISHE data compiled by hand, every year.
Engineering and degree colleges answer to five regulators every year. FyveRoots is designing every report to come from the same everyday records.
Scores each programme’s self-assessment, criterion by criterion.
Pre-qualifier check before you pay; NBA tables from live data with the arithmetic shown; enrolment ratio, faculty count and teacher-by-teacher countability.
Grades the college and expects a yearly quality report.
Metric pack for affiliated (56) and autonomous (85) manuals, each with its data and documents; self-score; the yearly quality report built through the year.
Ranks colleges on the figures they submit each year.
Data sheet in NIRF’s layout, year-on-year comparison and sanity checks that catch errors before they go public.
Approves every year; sets norms for faculty, labs, library and fees.
Norms worked out, deficiency report and compliance tracker, mandatory disclosure, and a register proving original certificates went back.
The statistical return every college files on students, staff, money and buildings.
Every block validated, enrolment frozen on 30 September, and big swings from last year flagged until explained.
Intake, faculty strength and every shared fact shown as each regulator counts it, side by side, with contradictions flagged before a visiting team finds them.

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, your institution is the Data Fiduciary and FyveRoots is your Data Processor, working under a written data processing agreement. These protections run today:
Each institution’s data is kept apart from every other.
Each role sees only its work; sensitive records need their own permission.
A student or parent sees only their own records.
Stored only as Argon2id hashes.
Accounts lock after repeated failed attempts.
Who did what, and when, for every change.
Apps reach our servers only over HTTPS.
Databases are backed up for recovery.
The DPDP Rules were notified on 13 November 2025; most duties apply from 13 May 2027. We sign a data processing agreement with every institution before any real data moves. Information only, not legal advice.
We believe in thinking differently about how institutions run. Every educational institution should work as one connected campus, where everyone sees what they need, no one sees what they shouldn’t, and time goes back to education.
Building brighter futures.
Pilot institutions shape what we build next. Your workflow is our roadmap.
Walk into almost any institution and you will find the same scene: an attendance register on one desk, a fee ledger on another, a spreadsheet for admissions and a WhatsApp group for the buses. Good people, working hard, holding it all together by hand.
We asked a simple question. What if all of it lived in one place? One record for every student. One home for every role. Reports that build themselves from the work people already do.
That question became FyveRoots. Like roots beneath a tree, we work quietly underneath, so that principals, teachers, staff, students and parents can grow above.
