Scores each programme’s self-assessment, criterion by criterion.

Pre-qualifier check before you pay; NBA tables from live data with the arithmetic shown; enrolment ratio, faculty count and teacher-by-teacher countability.

NAACWhole-college grade

Grades the college and expects a yearly quality report.

Metric pack for affiliated (56) and autonomous (85) manuals, each with its data and documents; self-score; the yearly quality report built through the year.

NIRFNational ranking

Ranks colleges on the figures they submit each year.

Data privacy with FyveRoots

Your data, protected by design.

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, your institution is the Data Fiduciary and FyveRoots is your Data Processor, working under a written data processing agreement. These protections run today:

Own database

Each institution’s data is kept apart from every other.

Access by permission

Each role sees only its work; sensitive records need their own permission.

Only their own

A student or parent sees only their own records.

Unreadable passwords

Stored only as Argon2id hashes.

Sign-in guard

Accounts lock after repeated failed attempts.

Audit trail

Who did what, and when, for every change.

Encrypted in transit

Apps reach our servers only over HTTPS.

Backups

Databases are backed up for recovery.

The DPDP Rules were notified on 13 November 2025; most duties apply from 13 May 2027. We sign a data processing agreement with every institution before any real data moves. Information only, not legal advice.

Our story
